Creamy Base
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ⅓ cup Frank's RedHot Sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
Main Ingredients
  • 19.5 ounces chicken breast drained and shredded
  • 1-2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese by placing it on a plate in the microwave for one minute.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir chicken into cream cheese mixture and ½ cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Spread dip in a 9" baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cooking Methods
  1. Microwave: Microwave for 8 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Carefully remove and garnish as desired.
  2. Oven: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake assembled dip for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Carefully remove and garnish as desired.
  3. Slow Cooker: Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to a slow cooker. Top with chicken, hot sauce, ranch, and ½ cup cheese. Cook on high for 90 minutes or low for 3-4 hours. Stir together and top with remaining cheese, cooking on high for an additional 15-20 minutes or until melted.
Serving
  1. Garnish with parsley, blue cheese crumbles, sliced green onions or chives, or a drizzle of ranch salad dressing or sour cream.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, crostini, or cut up vegetables such as celery sticks.
