Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Arrange a rack in the upper third of the oven and heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place feta cheese in a small oven-safe baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Stir together pecans, 2 tablespoons of honey, and fig jam in a small bowl until nuts are coated. Pile nuts onto feta.
  4. Scatter halved thyme sprigs and red pepper flakes around the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until the feta is warm and softened, and the nuts are toasted. Serve immediately with crackers.
