Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In three separate shallow bowls, set up your breading station: in the first bowl, add the flour and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; in the second bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten; in the third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Take each chicken breast and dredge it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any extra to drip off, and finally, coat it with the panko breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure they stick well.
- Arrange the breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking and Finishing
- Place the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
- While the chicken is baking, combine the honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until combined and warm.
- Once the chicken is done baking, remove it from the oven and drizzle the warm hot honey sauce over each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the chicken while the hot honey is still warm.

Notes
Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through to keep the coating crisp.
