  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cans crab meat drained
  • 1 cup imitation crab flaked
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • salt to taste
Coating
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, crab meat, imitation crab, green onions, and salt. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  2. Shape the chilled mixture into half-dollar sized balls.
  3. Dip each ball in the beaten egg, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil to 350°F in a frying pan.
  2. Fry the bombs until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Serve hot with dipping sauces like sweet chili or garlic soy.
