- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the coated banana slices, tossing gently to ensure even coverage.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Air fry the banana slices for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- Once golden brown and crisp, remove the banana chips from the air fryer and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
