- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Pat the salmon dry and remove the salmon skin by cutting between the skin and flesh, holding the skin taut.
- Cut salmon into 1-1.5 inch chunks and place into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, seasonings, and garlic paste. Season the salmon bites with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Coat the salmon bites with the mayo mixture. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer, about 1-2 inches apart.
- Roast for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, then broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- While the salmon is cooking, whisk together the bang bang sauce ingredients. Drizzle the bang bang sauce on top of the cooked salmon.
