  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels, then place them in a large bowl. Drizzle the wings with olive oil and toss well, making sure each wing is coated.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken wings with black pepper and sea salt, and toss well. If using baking powder, sprinkle it all over the wings and toss again.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  5. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper if preferred and garnish with chopped parsley.
