Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 4 cups bread cubed small
  • 1/2 cup cranberries dried
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 yellow onion onion finely diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp sage dried
  • 1 tsp thyme dried
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, celery, onion, cranberries, chicken broth, butter, eggs, and seasonings. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Add in the bread cubes. Combine until the bread cubes are evenly incorporated into the meatball mixture.
  4. Roll out 40 1 1/2 inch meatballs and line on your prepared baking sheet. Give them a spritz of olive oil for extra color.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and they have reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
