Ingredients
  

Cheese and Fillings
  • 1 pound Brie cheese, rind removed
  • 2/3 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Pastry
  • 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed 17.3 ounces
Egg Wash
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Beat trimmed Brie on medium until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, unfold 1 sheet puff pastry; spread half the Brie to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  4. Spread half the cranberry sauce over the Brie.
  5. Starting with a short side, roll up jelly-roll style.
  6. Cut crosswise into 12 slices.
  7. Place pastries on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  8. Whisk egg with water; brush over slices.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  10. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  11. Bake until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
