Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube crescent dough
  • 1 cup cooking spray for greasing
  • tablespoon all-purpose flour for surface
  • 1 wheel brie 8 oz.
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted unsalted pecans
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary cut into 1" pieces

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a mini (24-cup) muffin tin with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch together the seams. Cut the dough into 24 squares and place the squares into the prepared muffin cups.
  2. Cut the brie into small pieces and place them inside the dough squares. Top each piece with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, some pecans, and a piece of rosemary.
  3. Bake the bites until the pastry is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
