Ingredients
  

Chocolate Mixture
  • 2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
Decorations
  • 1 cup candy eggs such as chocolate eggs or jelly beans

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until well coated.
Form the Nests
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a spoon, scoop the chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper, forming small nests with a hollow center.
  3. Press a few candy eggs into the center of each nest.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the nests for about 10 minutes or until set.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive treats!
