Ingredients

Marinade
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 pounds flank steak or skirt steak
Toppings
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 cup lime wedges

Method

Marinate the Steak
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix well.

  3. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
Serve
