Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8-oz)
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

Preparing the Bars
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll dough and press in bottom and ½ inch up sides of a 9×13-inch pan. Firmly press perforations to seal. Bake for 8 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour filling over the partially baked crust.
  4. Bake for an additional 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely for about 1 hour, then cut into bars.
