- If you haven’t already prepared it, mix together your Big Mac sauce ingredients. This can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the fridge for easy assembly later.
- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Continue until it’s browned and no pink remains, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess grease, then stir in your beef seasoning until well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a plate or clean work surface. Spread a generous layer of Big Mac sauce in the center. Top with a scoop of the seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and any optional toppings like pickles or onions.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to create a tight wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately while warm.
