  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mason jar or container, combine the oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt and stir to combine.
  2. Add the soy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips if using. Stir well to combine, add the lid, and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, but 4-8 hours is best.
  3. The next morning, take the oats out of the fridge, give them a stir, and enjoy!
