Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
Vegetables
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables carrots, peas, and corn
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced
Rice
  • 4 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
Sauces and Seasonings
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef, dicing the onion, and mincing the garlic.
Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, stir-frying for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
