Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl: almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir in the wet ingredients, including eggs and melted mozzarella cheese, until the dough comes together.
  4. Shape the dough into bagels by rolling portions into balls and poking a hole through the center.
  5. Place the formed bagels onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
