- 4 brioche buns
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (mix of green and red)
- 1 cup grated carrots

- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brush BBQ sauce on chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Mix this dressing with the cabbage and carrots.
