Description

  • 23 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples, then chop them into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped apples and filtered water; add sweetener if desired, and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
  4. Add cinnamon sticks to the pitcher, allowing it to infuse for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving over ice.
  6. Garnish with thin apple slices or a cinnamon stick if desired.
