- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; rub this mixture generously over the ribs.
- Brush ribs lightly with mustard and drizzle with cider vinegar. Wrap tightly in foil and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight.
- Place wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for about two hours until tender.
- Unwrap ribs, coat with BBQ sauce, and grill or broil for an additional 15 minutes until charred.
