  • 5 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 ripe mango (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 firm kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the mango and kiwi, and dice the pineapple.
  2. Soak each rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
