  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a tart pan with butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press the mixture evenly into the tart pan.
  3. Blind bake the crust for about 15 minutes with parchment and pie weights until golden brown.
