- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and divided

- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Chop half of the strawberries and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the mixture over the cooled crust, layer with whole strawberries, then add remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
