- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp by mixing it with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sriracha sauce until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated shrimp for about 3-4 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
