  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
