Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in Korean BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour (overnight is ideal).
- While the meat marinates, slice green onions and chop cilantro.
- Cook the marinated steak on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Warm tortillas on a skillet until slightly charred. Assemble each taco with sliced steak, kimchi, green onions, and cilantro.
- Drizzle Sriracha or gochujang sauce on top before serving.
