  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha or gochujang

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in Korean BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour (overnight is ideal).
  2. While the meat marinates, slice green onions and chop cilantro.
  3. Cook the marinated steak on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  4. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
  5. Warm tortillas on a skillet until slightly charred. Assemble each taco with sliced steak, kimchi, green onions, and cilantro.
  6. Drizzle Sriracha or gochujang sauce on top before serving.
