Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Slice zucchinis into thin half-moons while the pan heats.
  3. 3. Add zucchini and minced garlic to the hot skillet; sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
