Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  3. 3. Sear half the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes without moving until browned, then flip and cook to desired doneness. Remove and repeat with remaining steak.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and add butter and minced garlic; swirl until melted.
  5. 5. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss until coated in garlic butter.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
