- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- 3. Sear half the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes without moving until browned, then flip and cook to desired doneness. Remove and repeat with remaining steak.
- 4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and add butter and minced garlic; swirl until melted.
- 5. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss until coated in garlic butter.
- 6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
