Instructions

- Add minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and olive oil to the activated yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Punch down the dough, divide into equal portions, shape into balls, and place in the muffin tin.
- Allow the muffins to rise again for about 30 minutes before baking for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
