  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract until creamy.
