- 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs, ensuring they’re well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
