  • 8 cups brioche or challah bread, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer half of the cubed bread in the dish, dollop cream cheese over it, and sprinkle with half of the blueberries.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth; pour evenly over the layers.
