Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, for greasing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or knife for even cooking.
