- 2–3 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Coat both sides of the ribs with the sauce using a brush.
- Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover tightly with foil, and bake for about 3 hours until tender.
