Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the torn croissants in the greased dish.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas with eggs, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Pour this mixture over the croissants.
