Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs using about two tablespoons per ball and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space in between.

  5. Meanwhile, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. After baking, transfer the meatballs into the marinara sauce to soak up flavor and serve.
