- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter, then stir in sugar and cocoa powder. Mix in the eggs and vanilla until smooth. Fold in flour until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with confectioners' sugar and one egg until creamy.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan, dollop cheesecake mixture on top, then add remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
