- 3 medium apples (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp, thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- For the crust, mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms. Wrap in plastic and chill for at least one hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice apples and toss them with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll out chilled dough into a rough circle on a floured surface. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
