  • 4 skin-on salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 2 large lemons
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Grill salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes per side until flesh flakes easily with a fork.
