  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  6. Shred the cooked chicken with two forks; stir in remaining cilantro before serving.
