Description

Easy BBQ Ribs are the ultimate crowd-pleaser, perfect for summer cookouts or cozy family dinners. These tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs are coated in a rich barbecue sauce and seasoned with aromatics that create a mouthwatering flavor explosion. Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub evenly over both sides of the ribs.
  4. Place the seasoned ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs and broil for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
