Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the seasoned ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs and broil for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
