Description

  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Candy corn (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until fully liquid.
  3. Add mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies until well coated. Add food coloring if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and press down gently with a spatula or clean hands.
  6. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, then decorate with candy corn or sprinkles before cutting into squares.
