Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until fully liquid.
- Add mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies until well coated. Add food coloring if desired.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and press down gently with a spatula or clean hands.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, then decorate with candy corn or sprinkles before cutting into squares.
