Description

Red White and Blue Popsicles are a refreshing summer treat bursting with fruity flavors. These vibrant popsicles feature layers of tangy strawberries, creamy vanilla yogurt, and sweet blueberries, making them perfect for hot days and festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pure vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries; set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, honey, and 2 tablespoons of water; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling each about one-third full. Freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Spoon vanilla yogurt into molds until half full; smooth tops with a spatula.
  5. Blend blueberries with honey and remaining water until smooth.
  6. Pour blueberry mixture over yogurt layer in each mold, filling completely. Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
  7. To serve, run warm water over the outside of molds for easy release.
