  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool cupcakes completely before frosting with a mixture of butter, powdered sugar, and lime juice.
