Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in ½ cup of red enchilada sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
