Instructions
- Slice the beef sirloin into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each steak strip in flour, dip into the egg wash, and then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
