  • 1 lb beef sirloin
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef sirloin into strips about 1 inch wide.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each steak strip in flour, dip into the egg wash, and then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each strip for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Alternatively, bake them in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for around 20 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
