Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine hot water, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and whisk in flour and baking powder until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and line the basket with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- Pipe strips of dough (about six inches long) into the fryer basket, spacing them apart.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
