Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 2 lbs)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Rinse under cold water.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water, add the cauliflower florets, and cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Wrap the garlic cloves in foil with a drizzle of oil and roast at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
