- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables: dice the onion, slice the carrots, and chop the celery.
