- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped

- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried thyme)
Instructions
- Chop the carrots, celery, and onion into small pieces.
